- Friction coefficient: ≤0.35 to reduce wear and extend life.
2. Durability
- Acid and alkali resistance, mildew resistance: polypropylene fiber has excellent chemical stability and is suitable for long-term exposure to concrete alkaline environment.
- Design life: 700g/㎡ polypropylene geotextile can meet the service requirements of high-speed rail for more than 70 years.
3. Construction adaptability
- Flexible specifications: single roll length ≥32m, width 2.5-2.9m, easy to lay on site.
- Thickness control: the thickness of the lower geotextile is 3.0-3.5mm, and the upper layer is 1.8-2.2mm, which can meet the needs of different structural layers.
Precautions
· Construction suggestions: It needs to be used with other materials (such as HDPE membrane) to enhance the anti-seepage effect.
· Storage requirements: Avoid humid and high temperature environments to prevent fiber degradation.
